The Warrior Diet

The Warrior Diet was created by Ori Hofmekler, who is an expert in nutrition, and military survival techniques. It is based on an special method consisting in an under eating behavior during the day (near fasting), and an over eating (full dinner) in the evening. The method is rooted in the needs of the old warrior, who for reasons of survival was unable to have meals during the day, and could only have a moment to eat later in the evening or night. As mentioned above, the diurnal under feeding would have the virtue of enhancing the levels of alertness, attention, concentration, and help to increase the fat burning. Its creator (Ori Holmekler) states that man by nature is a night eater, and that this diet helps you to lose weight by balancing many metabolic rates. Other nutritionists say the exactly the opposite, and teach that most of our meals must be taken during the day, reserving small portions to the evening meal.
